Completed Projects
Below are a few of my completed design projects.
Sandwich, NH
A small 1,200 sq. ft. house built in Sandwich. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, the simple lines of the curved roof adds a gracefulness to this small design.
Sandwich, NH
With 4 bedrooms, a bunkroom, and 4 1/2 baths, this design takes advantage of the beautiful mountain views looking out from the great room. A full walkout basement and bonus room over the garage makes this a truly amazing residence.
Moultonboro, NH
This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath lake house has an amazing great room looking out over Lake Winnipesaukee. The full length deck allows for full relaxation and enjoyment of the natural beauty of the lake
Moultonboro, NH
This design is a remodel and addition project that included adding a garage, entranceway, and deck. Some of the design challenges were how to minimize the dominance of the garage, how to tie in the roof lines to the existing structure, and figuring out a good way to gain access to the upstairs of the garage for an office/ guest bedroom.
Alton, NH
A 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath country style new house. At about 2,000 sq. ft, this design took into consideration one floor living. A nice, clean design with a big deck on the back to sit and relax and enjoy the nice open view of fields and woods.
Sandwich, NH
A 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath country style residence. At about 2,500 sq. ft, this design feels large. A high cathedral ceiling in the great room is the highlight of this house. A nice, clean design with a big deck on the back to sit and relax.
Sandwich, NH
A 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath country style residence. The interesting design element for this project was finding a way to have natural southern exposure light in the kitchen and living rooms. The solution was a dormer from the outside that looks like a clerestory from the inside. This is a real highlight for those rooms.
Tuftonboro, NH
This was a remodel project that involved adding a dormer onto the back roof to allow for additional rooms upstairs. The model pictured is the existing conditions renderings.
Sandwich, NH
A federal style historic house with additions added on over the years. The design work for this project involved bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
Sandwich, NH
A 2 bed, 2 bath cape with an attached garage. This design called for a kitchen and small deck to look out over the mountain views. A large window and glass door on the deck helps to take advantage of this beauty of nature.
Meredith, NH
A 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath cape with living space over the attached garage. A spacious kithen and breezeway with a mudroom and laundry were design considerations for this design.
Holderness, NH
This interesting design project was unique in that it sits on a fairly steep incline, has some boundary set backs to consider, and needed to be angled in order to take advantage of the mountain views from the great room and the office area over the garage. The simple shingle style design was intentional to fit in with the summer cottage style that it was replacing.
Holderness, NH
A fun and unique design project! This was an existing garage that the owners wanted to make the upstairs more usable. The design included adding dormers, new windows on the front, adding a bedroom downstairs, a new stairway, and enlarging the kitchen.
Laconia, NH
A small cottage designed to replace an existing one on Lake Winnipesaukee. A unique 1 bedroom, 1 bath dwelling with a lot of glass looking out towards the lake. The cathedral ceiling and skylights makes it feel roomier than its size suggests.
Meredith, NH
A post and beam barn design with a three car garage below. Simple New England barn characteristics.
Sandwich, NH
A New England post and beam barn design with 2 bed, 1 bath, and a large cathedral ceiling great room upstairs. Boat and car storage on the main level, and extra storage below. This was designed to keep in character with the historical district of Sandwich.
