Types of Plans
Every design project is unique in it's requirements and that is one thing that I really enjoy about designing custom plans. I like to be able to work with my clients in understanding their needs and then meeting those needs in a timely manner. Typical plans include floor layout, exterior elvations, perspectives, and cross sectional construction drawings. Some projects may also benefit from having a kitchen design, detailed construction drawings, design drawings of custom built-ins, or other drawings as needed. I look forward to working with you on designing and planning for your project!
Floor Plans
Floor plans are generally drawn at 1/4"-1'

Elevations
Elevation renderings are straight on views of the exterior that give a good idea of what the fascade of the structure will look like.

Perspectives
Perspectives give a good "camera" view, and can be used to take "pictures" of the exterior or the interior of the model. For the interior, they can be particularly useful to show design elements such as the stairs or a kitchen.

Cross Section Views
Sectional views are mostly used to show construction details, such as roof pitches or stair layouts.

Foundation Plans
Dimensions for the foundation, pier layouts, etc.

Framing Plans
Framing views and plans show the framing members for the building and can be helpful during the construction phase.

Kitchen/ Bath
Kitchen and bath plans can be drawn for new construction projects, additions, or remodels. The 3D viewing is particularly helpful in being able to visualize how these rooms will look before construction begins.

Built-ins/ Design Details
When the project has custom built-ins or other special design considerations, it can be helpful to have detail drawings of those areas.
